A MESSAGE TO OUR CLIENTS ON COVID-19

We love our clients and feel it is our responsibility to do our part to keep everyone safe for this reason SheShe is implementing a stringent sick policy. Any client with signs of respiratory illness will be asked to reschedule their services. In addition to the normal standard of cleanliness, we will be implementing additional sanitizing and disinfecting practices during this time. 

What are we doing: 

● We are sanitizing all door handles, countertops, laptop, chairs and tables constantly throughout    the day and between each client in the treatment rooms. 

● The station, tools and area will be disinfected between appointments. Cleaning has always 

    been part of our routine, but extra steps are taken for your safety. 

● Clean towels, wraps and bed sheets will be used as always to each single client. 

● We have soap and hand sanitizer in the studio. 

● Extra time has been scheduled between services for additional cleaning.

On your appointment day: 

● Stay home if you are sick, your temperature will be taken with a touch less thermometer when 

   you arrive. 

● Please bring your own face mask, this is required to enter the facility. 

● Please arrive at the scheduled time. The door will be locked, you must call or text me to get 

   access. 

● Upon arrival, wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap & hot water or use a hand Sanitizer. 

● You must come alone. No friends or family are allowed to attend your appointment with you. 

● Please limit personal belongings. Bring only the essential (keys, phone and wallet). 

● Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing, if you don’t have a tissue, sneeze or   

   cough into your sleeve or arm. 

If you are feeling ill (experiencing symptoms like a fever, cough, or shortness of breath), please cancel and reschedule your appointment. We are waiving all last minute cancellations due to sickness for the time being. Please call us or text at 703.462.2437 so we may assist you.
